We generally recommend painting the exterior of your home every four to five years for two main reasons: to protect regular wood from rotting and to prevent paint from fading.
WE DO QUALITY PREPARATION.
For every exterior job, we start by covering your plants, concrete, and lawn with drop cloth. This is important to protect the surrounding areas of your home from any paint drops and debris caused by scraping. Only then do we begin to scrape loose peeling paint; sand the surface of the trim; prime bare wood; remove loose caulking; and fill in the gaps and joints with new flexible caulk.
COMMITMENT TO USING QUALITY PRODUCTS.
We use high-quality caulk to enhance its durability. This is essential to ensure a good exterior paint job. After we complete prep work, we begin to paint with premium paint. At the end of the day, regardless if we finish the project or not, we clean up and stack our ladders in an inconspicuous area of your home.

It is highly probable you will discover a few rotting boards over time; this is often due to inclement weather and not painting the exterior within the recommended time frame. Fortunately, as to most things in life, this has a solution. Depending on your preferences, regular wood or PVC material can be used to replace rotting boards.
